Kaiser pharmacy is pretty efficient, the employees generally are nice enough. I can get in and out in 20 minutes or less most of the time.

Fine as health care providers. Administrative/UI cons: 1) too many pointless emails (invisible until we log in, and the clog up our mailboxes) which are nothing more than either "please rate your encounter" (the bane of the modern world) or irritating questionaires about how much exercise we do. Given the later, 2) especially annoying that there is NOT ENOUGH BIKE PARKING outside. There is one measly bike rack way up the block and one lower down. And last time I checked inside the garage it was the awful multi-bike lockers that don't fit modern fatter tires. I've often had to lock to the parking sign poles, and compete with other bikes and scooters--in a facility of this size in central SF, I'm sure dozens of people arrive by bike for a quick visit and would LOVE to be able to easily lock up outside. 3) The only internal only stair access is to the lab on 2nd. See above re nagging to exercise-lots of corporate posters as well reminding us to "thrive"!-- but NOT providing a stair option. How about fire/earthquake safety? Also annoying when having to wait for elevators for ages--even for going downstairs!

One of the worst systems if you wanna do blood test you should taking a permission from your doctor and he start to ask you stupid questions you should force all people to do blood test every 6 months or one year as a security health check up not make it complicated

your fantastic organization they don’t limit the amount of testing as long as you have a urine doctor, Keep in mind smoking is not allowed outside of the hospital

Was very nice clean Well stocked. Didn't have to wait long. Very polite staff.
