Quick, easy and on-time delivery with a window of about 3 hours at a time. They can fill almost any prescription in a timely, same-day delivery manner, if you can your script to them a few days ahead of time. The only medications they don't deliver, as far as I understand, and at least at this location, are schedule II prescriptions. The delivery bag is also neat, crisp, clean and sealed. Just make sure you are present to sign for the delivery and the process is peach easy.

Best pharmacy in South Florida. The customer service is excellent. I've referred many patients because they deliver and the app allows you to even text with a pharmacist. Hopefully they will become 24 hours like they do in their New York location.

My experience with Capsule Pharmacy has been great. They’re friendly, communicate promptly, and stay on top of my refills. I don’t use the delivery service because we are not always home to receive the order. However, pick up has always been easy. This has been my first year using Capsule and so far they’ve been terrific!

Pharmacy was great, up until they filled wrong medicine for my prescription. Two weeks of back and forth communicating with support, asking for replacement -- lead to nothing. If you ever receive wrong product from capsule pharmacy - don’t waste your time with support - dispute the charge and change pharmacy.
