DO NOT SHOP HERE If you are a plastic bag free shopper. Because they have been robbed so many times as per they say that you WILL BE taken as a shoplifter. The worst and most embarrassing purchasing experience EVER! As soon I placed all the items I was shopping for in my own holder, they did a display of over 6 employees that didn’t even hide how they told each other my description harassing me with their side comments of what I was wearing and my skin tone. NEWS FLASH It is not a crime to bring your own fabric bag to avoid plastic usage, you archaic hooligans! It is a shame that CVS bought this brand. A patron has been lost here. Simply an awful experience to shop. Even the manager was waiting to tackle me while I was in the line to pay. I feel sorry for the cashier that had to explain all their security over display because I brought my own bag to avoid plastic bags. No wonder the place even smells bad if they do not even try to update their ways. Good luck catching your thieves because real clients won’t.

The other day, I had an uncomfortable experience during my visit to the store. While walking by the cold product section, I witnessed one of the employees he was receiving like a milkshake —tall, white, kind of blond—engaged in what appeared to be a very intimate or rustic romantic interaction (kissing) with another person, right in front of customers. It was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate for a workplace setting. I expected better standards from this store, especially when it comes to staff conduct during business hours.

It has the best customer service in all of Navarros. The store is perfect, clean, tidy and with everything you need to buy. The perfumery has nothing to envy of a Macys.
