Pharmacy hours posted online and in-store do not reflect that they take a mid-day break and close the pharmacy. Tried calling the pharmacy to make sure they were open but it goes to an automated system that would not authenticate me because my phone number didn’t match the person I was picking up for. So I went to the store and the pharmacy was closed. Not helpful for customers trying to manage work/life schedules. Do better.

There isn’t a single time where I’ve come to the pharmacy and there isn’t a line. Recently I experienced a serious delay after I requested a transfer from Walgreens over phone. I came 5 days after the request and they made me start from scratch and fill out a form. I had to wait an additional 5 days. I came to the store to pick up several times but the line was always very long. It is an inconvenience to come here.

They are rationing the higher-priced meds and not filling the full prescription. Not sure if this is legal. Give you the runaround and feed you a bunch of BS. Then, to add insult to injury and be spiteful, they make you wait an extra long time and wait on the other 20 customers behind you. There's no sense of urgency or care for the community. Primarily black and brown customers when I am in the store. Is this another racist instance of treating "others" like second-class citizens?

I was greeted upon entry to the store and was asked if I needed any help. this time I needed to fill my prescriptions. The pharmacy team are AMAZING. I went in for a Sun Pass PRO and the store associate immediately dropped what they were doing to help me check out. They offered discounts and asked if there was anything else I could be helped with. It was quick and easy to shop at CVS thanks to the team member who took care of checking me out. CVS seems to be cutting back on labor like most organizations, an indicator that they care more about profits than people. The person who was working the night shift, seems to have been the only person working and they still took care of the business and its patrons with a smile. This kind of service is greatly appreciated and doesn’t go unnoticed.

This is a 24 hours location. What is great because this is the only Pharmacy in these blocks of Biscayne. Therefore, if you leave around Midtown Morningside, this location will be your get go.
