María the pharmacist at brickell Ave CVS Was very competent and took more than enough time to handle my medical needs regarding my insurance. I would define recommended Maria to anyone needing accuracy and help in this matter .

I have called this pharmacy countless times. Have left countless voicemails. I've yet to receive a single call back. The pharmacy staff can't do the most basic part of their job. CVS Pharmacy is general has gotten terrible. The phone system just blocks you from getting through to a human, so if you have any questions you have to go in person

This CVS has failed to provide the quantities of medications I need on a regular basis. They are not helpful and cause me great inconvenience. They also give me wrong information on a regular basis.

Edit as of 11/29: What happened today has made me quickly decide to switch pharmacies. I am 7 months pregnant and went to get my TDAP vaccine. Upon arrival, pharmacist mentioned they didn’t have it. They told me they’d call another CVS to check for availability. They told me a CVS close by had it - to go and ask for the vaccine. As I took time to go to the other CVS, they told me the pharmacist had asked for a completely different vaccine name! That it was reckless as they had asked for something completely different. This pharmacy has made me WASTE MY TIME multiple times this past week and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Train your staff, I almost got a totally different vaccine that I needed for pregnancy.

CVS at 1201 Brickell Ave, Miami, FL 33131, scammed me today, December 12, 2025, at 1:00 PM. Last week, when I went to pick up my medication, Dexlansoprazole 60mg, at Walgreens at 200 SW 13th St, Miami, FL 33130, I paid $82.57. Since I thought it was too expensive, I walked to CVS at 1201 Brickell Ave, Miami, and asked how much it cost. They told me $40.00, so I went back to Walgreens, returned the medication, and got my money back. I went back to CVS, and the woman who had offered to charge me $40.00 told me that they would get the prescription from my doctor from Walgreens that same day and fill the medication themselves for $40.00, and I agreed. Since a week passed without a response from CVS, I called and spoke with a man named Lex who promised to resolve the issue. When more days passed without a response, I asked my doctor to send a new prescription directly to that CVS, as it was cheaper. Today, December 12th, I finally went to pick up my medication, only to find that they initially charged me $223.22. When I realized and complained, they refunded the money and then charged me $82.57, exactly what Walgreens had been charging. When I complained again, they said, "We are very sorry for the inconvenience," but the price had gone up and there were no more coupons. I told them they offered to charge me $40.00 that same day, which is why I switched from Walgreens to CVS. I said it was their fault for taking so long to prepare my medication, that it wasn't my fault the coupon had expired and the price had gone up. I did everything that same day, and I had to pay the $82.57 because I need the medication. The customer always loses, even because of CVS's inefficiency. They just wanted to trap me into a customer. I feel cheated and ripped off.
