The pharmacy sends notifications stating that the medication is ready when it actually isn’t. Additionally, upon arrival, orders indicate a 15-minute wait, but the actual wait time can extend up to an hour. This issue occurs month after month, causing inconvenience and highlighting a lack of efficiency in the service. They have 10 people inside

I would like to take CVS stuff for having such a wonderful cashier I went in today I had the CVS reward card for the longest and I hadn’t updated and the cashier Yolanda she made me feel like it was nothing like it was good to go everything was so quick everything was so good even though we had a align behind me she was really friendly really helpful quick I wanna say that I’m really really glad that I went into CVS today thank you Yolanda

It is a total displeasure this place, the floors, ceilings, are in very bad condition, it is a public company listed on the stock exchange, it is unbelievable that they offer places like this. Many unoccupied shelves, in the photos you will be able to see how bad this place is.

I would give a higher rating because the ladies are fast, efficient and friendly. The beginning experience with a gentleman over the phone was not pleasant. Listening is fundamental and he was not a good listener. Once I was able to go to the pharmacy and actually speak to someone we got everything resolved. The only element that is missing is taking a few moments to ask the customer if they have any questions about their medication? Or go over a few instructions. Other than that with the pharmacy the store is clean and organized and you get in and out quickly.
