6/9/26 9:30pm….. This review is about the photo specialist LILIANA. Has upper management not taught this chick to greet people when they approach the cashier? Every single time me or family members come and she’s there, she never onces acknowledges customers nor say thank you/come again. I mean, nothing! Horrible stank attitude, does not even look at you. Coincidentally a couple was saying the same thing on one of the aisles! That should tell you everything about her attitude. She needs to be fired immediately or re-trained becasue she’s not it.

I’ve been coming to this Walgreens for a while now and the staff here is honestly amazing. Everyone is always welcoming and willing to help without making you feel rushed. Every time I’ve needed help finding something, they’ve taken the time to actually assist me and make sure I left with what I needed. The store is clean, organized, and just has a really good vibe overall. It’s definitely one of the best Walgreens locations I’ve visited.

What truly sets them apart is their customer service; the staff not only know their products inside and out, but they also take the time to listen to you and recommend exactly what you need, without any pressure. Whoever is in the pharmacy today right now, May 9, 2026 they don’t answer the phone they put you on hold again and again and again. Very frustrating for both physicians and patients trying to communicate with that pharmacy at that Walgreens.

The establishment does not accept gift cards. Instead, customers are required to print a gift card that is sent via email by their bank for use. This lack of customer service is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.
