Worst experience ever. Pharmacist Bahman is rude, impatient, and completely unprofessional. The staff barely speak English and has zero regard for privacy—putting all calls on speakerphone when you call and forcing you to say your full name, birthdate, and medication out loud for everyone to hear. To top it off, they charged me $55 for a life-saving medication that my insurance said should have been free. Total incompetence and disrespect. Never going back.

Super unfriendly personal I went there for a consultation asking for iodine cream/drops to heal my wound. The gentleman didn’t leave his computer barely looking at me. He just told me to pick up the product myself, indicating the wrong place. I came back to him asking if he could show me. His answer was no with a unfriendly grin. Worst service ever !

The best service ever, Mrs Claudia Gutierrez in the pharmacy department is super knowledgeable and attentive, I’m so happy to have this type of service in my neighborhood, I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Excellent Technicians and Pharmacist. I've never been to a better Walgreens Pharmacy. No issues or complications. Professionals who are knowledgeable about their field and genuinely care about their work. Compliments to their patience, consideration and time efficiency. Glad I gave this brand one last try

This is THE BEST AND MOST PROFESSIONAL pharmacy in downtown. I started coming here because I was so frustrated with CVS constantly telling me prescriptions were ready when they weren’t, ping ponging me around to different locations, taking days and sometimes weeks to fill prescriptions and not knowing how to handle insurance issues. This was such a breath of fresh air. They take care of everything, call me almost immediately to clear up any issues, they’re quick and extremely pleasant and professional. There is never a wait. I am sooo happy with this pharmacy - they’re the only one I will use. Thank you so much!
