I recently visited this Walgreens pharmacy and had an incredibly frustrating experience with one of the pharmacists, Yohaime Unfortunately, their behavior and professionalism left much to be desired. Upon arriving to pick up my prescription, I was met with a dismissive attitude from Yohaime Instead of greeting me politely and assisting me with my order, they seemed annoyed by my presence. When I inquired about a delay in my prescription, Yohaime responded with sarcasm and told me to go to a different pharmacy, he made me feel like I was bothering them rather than a valued customer. Furthermore, When I asked a simple question about my prescription, Yohaime struggled to provide clear and accurate information, which is concerning coming from a pharmacist. This lack of professionalism not only makes me question their competence but also puts customers' health at risk. To make matters worse, I observed Yohaime interacting with other customers in the same unprofessional manner. Their consistent disregard for customer service is alarming and reflects poorly on Walgreens as a whole. I sincerely hope that management addresses this issue and considers taking appropriate action. No customer should have to endure such a negative experience when seeking help with their health. Until changes are made, I will think twice before returning to this Walgreens location.

The employees here are by far the rudest I’ve encountered. On three separate occasions, different staff members have snapped at me, cut me off, dismissed my concerns, or even hung up on me. If there were another pharmacy nearby, I would never return.

By far, the rudest employees! Three different employees on three different occasions, either snapped, cut me off, dismissed my concerns, and/or hung up on me. If there was any other pharmacy close by, I would never deal with them again.

Just came out of the pharmacy and I am grossed out from the pharmacist that’s I personally watched checking the meds with bare hand, not using gloves… witness pills spilled out and he just grabbed it, put back and wiped nose with hand🤬 I see same pharmacist being mentioned here in prior comments from 2weeks ago. Name mentioned below in different comment( Y… ) Gross!

Horrible customer service. There are 2 employees for the store. None are capable of finding or checking their inventory. Two employees in the pharmacy. One is a Yong guy don't wanting to move and ir help. And an older lady that should be retired
