Pharmacy with fast fast declining SERVICE, try Amazon Pharmacy instead. Used for over 2 years before quitting Used to recommend Capsule now warn to stay away Free delivery requires 3 hour delivery window and automatically adds $5 tip while poorly compensating the drivers. Labels that fade into plain white and company does not care. Refusing to contact the doctor for refill, untrained CS reps confused about 30 VS 90 day refill. Frequently unable to get regular medication

They worked with my ridiculously inefficient doctor to get an authorization for an early refill on my medication that took probably hours of work. They texted me back and forth constantly with heart emojis. They coordinated with my schedule. They delivered this medication to my door with stickers, a hand written note, and above all, PINK PILLS. PINK. I’m floored. I’m telling everyone I know about capsule and never setting foot in a major pharmacy again.

Honestly my best experience with a pharmacy so far. I wish I knew about Capsule before. I found out about them when I switched insurance companies and Capsule was used for home deliveries. It was super easy and seamless from the very beginning, their app is very minimal and intuitive. It’s easy to get your prescriptions transferred and you can chat with the pharmacy team directly through the app. Once your prescriptions are sent to Capsule they message you to schedule free delivery, which is fantastic. When my medications were delivered they came in a sealed, cute little bag and included stickers and a handwritten welcome card. Honestly everything about this pharmacy is great so far and I will definitely recommend it to everyone.

Capsule will deliver your prescriptions SO fast in literally every state I’ve been in. They have delivered to me at work, at home, on the go, and even traveling. They are very efficient and their chat service is full of real people (not AI) and they are genuinely so kind and helpful. Capsule was recommended to me by a coworker after having a myriad of awful experiences at other pharmacies. I can’t tell you how many times I left CVS or Walgreens in tears because of an issue with pharmacists and doctors (yelling at each other over the phone) prescriptions being not there, being HUNDREDS of dollars more than expected, lines being out the door, or just generally rude and unhelpful staff. Capsule handles all conversations with doctors, so there’s no back and forth and putting prescriptions on hold, etc. They’ve delivered to me even out of standard hours and had phone conversations with me and made sure I had my medicine. It’s so convenient when you’re super sick and just need some OTC medicine, you don’t even have to leave the house!! As a busy girl on the go, I cannot recommend them enough!!! Also, they come in a cute little sealed package with a card inside, so no one can see what you got if it’s something you don’t want to share with the world. Thank you, Capsule!!
