Had a steroid Rx'd and when I picked up the med, the RPh told me I can take the 1st daily dose (7 pills) all at once. I took 3 tabs and then got sick and vomited every where! Another example was a Rx of a product that I needed to take for 21 days (15mg 2x/day). I received 30 pills at CVS?? Can't they do basic math? 2 pills x 21 days is 42 pills and I received 30!!?? Here's an update: I went back to the CVS, with all bottles and explained.what had happened. I was told some BS story that they couldn't breakup another bottle (to give me the additional 12 pills needed to complete my therapy). I would have to come back and get the additional pills!!?? What? That doesn't make any sense and puts me the patient in harms way! As I was talking to the RPh, she was on the computer doing something else (unrelated to my situation). Sorry, they are way too busy and with policies such as these, I will need to go someplace else to protect my healthcare!!

I came to this store for a vaccine. I made my appointment on the same day and it was so very convenient! I was greeted upon entering the store and asked if I needed help. I continued on to the pharmacy and was again warmly greeted and directed to the private vaccine room. The staff were so helpful and it was so quick and easy! Not that I’m looking for more shots, but this is where I will go if needed!

The pharmacy at the 611 S Howard location has converted their in store customer interfaces to avoid human contact. Everyone standing behind you can now see your name, birthday and medical/RX information. When I expressed serious concern the male staff smirked and the pharmacist said I could go somewhere else. So I did, I’ve moved all of my RX’s and will never patronize CVS again anywhere, ever. Unprofessional and uninterested in customer experience or privacy, only their desire to have as little interaction with customers as possible. Staff has no customer relations skills.

The best 24 hour pharmacy around and the night people from the front to the pharmacists are the best! CVS finally recognized and promoted the one employee that works non-stop ! About time!

What an inviting experience going to this CVS! We are seniors and had driven 2 hours to get to this location. The Clinic and pharmacy personnel made us feel valued. Respectful, informative and took time with us. Even, Provided fast service so we could get back home before it got dark or caught in rush hour traffic.
