The stores are clean and staffed with competent people. CVS corporate management does a poor job with vital inventory, often lacking supplies in the pharmacy area. But they never run out of soda and candy bars. I have let them know, they reply, and then, do nothing. They have become a glorified convenience store without gas pumps. Sad.

Very quaint little CVS tucked into the downtown area across the street from our CVS. We didn't even see it when we left the hotel, but it's there and it definitely has a little bit of everything that you need. Make sure you check it out. They have a lot of sales going on as well, which is always great, and there is beer and wine as well.

Horrible experience and service. The pharmacist Kaylee was extremely rude, racist, and so arrogant. The way she talked was so arrogant. I’m not a U.S. citizen, and I asked her to check if they can sell me certain medication or not, so I don’t waste my time bringing my passport and then being told it’s not possible. I had my ID card with me, but she kept pushing me to bring my passport first, and maybe she will look. She refused to even check. Never in my life have I experienced anything like this. Absolutely unacceptable.

It's a convenient CVS for any last minute needs for cruisers out of Tampa. They had full service pharmacy, wine, water, and charging cords for various electronics. And of course your traditional CVS items. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We had our Pfizer COVID vaccines at the Kennedy location on Channelside. Appointment scheduling was easily done online for 3 people. When we arrived at the pharmacy, we were taken cared of on time. We received our shot from Robert. He was great- hardly felt anything.
