This pharmacy isn't the closest one to my home, but I continue to return due to the excellent customer service that they provide. The staff is always very efficient, professional, thoughtful, and caring. They respond quickly if I reach out with a question or request, and share great, practical advice. The store itself is also really cool with unique items you don't often see in pharmacies. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience at the Navarro store near my home. The staff was very friendly, efficient, and clearly ready to help at all times. The range of products—from personal care items to Hispanic products and over-the-counter medicines—is extensive and of good quality. You can truly feel the store’s commitment to both community and customer well-being, which gives you peace of mind while shopping. Definitely a top choice for its service and welcoming atmosphere

I want to share how much I used to love this place. Back when it was just a CVS, the people were always kind and helpful. Unfortunately, things have really changed. Last night around 10 PM, I went in to pick up a few things. There was only one cashier working in the perfume department, and she was very rude. I heard her tell another employee to open another register because she needed to leave. There were only two other customers and myself at the time. The employee she spoke to was sweeping the floor and completely ignored me. I moved to the other register and politely asked twice, “Are you going to open this register?” She never responded. I felt dismissed and disrespected.Waiting for over 20 mins to just check out to then be told: “use the self-service checkout”. This is not the kind of service I used to experience here, and it’s disappointing to see how much it’s changed. Working in customer service requires you to do so just that, help and assist your customers. It’s common sense and it’s their job to do so.
