I was stuck because of the storm and canceled flights. I'm a CVS customer in New England. Navarro was really helpful. I got the medicine I needed with no issues. I love CVS. Thank you!

Too bad. This CVS is the closest store to me, so was always my go to "quick necessities" stop. After the way I was treated by management, will not be returning including redirecting all my further prescription refills. I walked in knowing this cyclone mop had been on sale for about a month. Initially I was expecting to pay the $45. Then I saw the attached image of a price tag directly above the stack of mops! Walked up to the front (where 2/2 self-checkouts were out-of-order), so I waited in the 3+ person line. Get to front and was redirected to perfume station to check out after already waiting.... The woman checking me out was very nice, polite. No qualms with her. The mop rang up for $45, but there was clear signage showing it should be on sale for $22 during these dates! So I asked for a manager, while walking back to the back to take a picture of the sign I saw. Then, after returning to the front as I was still waiting, the manager finally came up to me clearly annoyed. Didn't ask me what was going on, while the cashier explained to him. He very briskly, obviously annoyed, took off to the back of the store where the mop and signs were. I almost knocked into another customer trying to keep up with him, following to the back. When we got there, I pointed out the obviously posted price tag. He ripped it off the wall, told me "Thats something else, Don't know what to tell you" and took off. I said "What do you mean something else?" but he didn't bother to even look back as I responded. Probably would have paid the $45 for the mop if the "manager" had bothered to treat me like a person.

Same as a CVS with terrible numbers of cashier's open for the amount off people that were there.
