I cannot speak more highly of Channelside Pharmacy. Bret, the pharmacist, exemplifies professionalism and efficiency, always greeting me with a warm smile. My prescriptions are filled promptly—99.9% of the time without delay—and I’m always notified as soon as they’re ready. If I ever have questions about medications, side effects, or even locating specific items, Bret is always ready to help. I’m consistently impressed by him and his awesome team: Ana, Abraam, and Christy. Highly recommend!

Pharmacy was horrible horrible customer service needed to get a script filled for my wife who was in surgery and they gave me the runaround long story short I had to go to a whole different store because they didn’t want to feel the script and gave me a BS excuse I believe It was because it was a paper script from the surgeon in the building down the street from them although the other Publix had no problem filling it. I would hate to say it was my skin tone. But the attitude of the head pharmacist was the real issue

Recently moved and tried to fill a prescription here. the young man working whose name is Bret was extremely rude to the customer in front of me and appeared to be laughing at them. I left and went to Walgreens. Reading through these reviews about a rude pharmacist I think it's clear who it was. I would not recommend filling prescriptions here

Horrible experience. Was given the runaround three separate times for different reasons, only to find out that Publix doesn't accept prescriptions from telehealth doctors. This is honestly an unacceptable caveat in this day and age. My insurance doesn't allow for me to see certain types of doctors in-person and I can ONLY do Telehealth, so for Publix to be so behind the times on this is disappointing. Was told this was the best pharmacy, and after this experience, I will never use them again.

Bret was extremely helpful guiding me through the benefits and differences of brand vs generic. He was efficient and helped me deal with a hard to find medication due to shortages. His pharmacy tech was helpful too. I recommend this pharmacy
