Absolutely love this pharmacy. The pharmacist is incredibly kind and compassionate. During a major shortage, he was the only one who helped me and has been reliable ever since. The whole staff is friendly, and they always make you feel taken care of. Highly recommend!

The Drug Shoppe is the best pharmacy in Tampa. They have an amazing professional friendly staff. The Pharmacist is a very caring individual. The staff is always available to assist and make sure that your medication needs are met. You can always speak to a real person. Best Pharmacy I have ever visited. I wouldn't change their services for the world. Simply the best.

I called over 20 pharmacies in the Tampa area trying to get my medication filled, but with the high demand, I had no luck especially with the big-name pharmacies. My physician recommended The Drug Shop, so I gave them a call, and to my surprise, they actually had my medication in stock. Although they didn’t accept my insurance, this was the medication I truly needed. I decided to drive over expecting to pay a huge amount out of pocket, but instead, I was met with kindness and compassion. The pharmacist personally came around the counter to discuss the medication with me and was able to provide it at a very reasonable price. The entire team was warm, welcoming, and caring something I hadn’t experienced after days of cold-calling pharmacies. They filled my prescription within 10 minutes, offered me a drink while I waited, and truly made me feel seen and heard. Healthcare is a basic human right, but compassion in this industry can feel rare lately. This pharmacy exceeded my expectations and honestly shocked me with how kind they were (in the best way!). Thank you again I will definitely be back.

I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience that I had actually going to a pharmacy today. Bhu is the kindest and most professional pharmacist i have met in decades. To find a place where people actually care about you is just such a nice treat. Wow!

Definitely off the beaten path, not a huge chain but was the only pharmacy that carried what I needed. Staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The pharmacist went completely above and beyond by explaining how to use the medication. He even drew me a picture!
