I wish I could give this place zero stars. The pharmacy never picks up their phone. I have gotten prescriptions from here for over a year and it’s insanely understaffed with some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. The Spanish lady in the photo department was extremely rude to me when I went to return a package. She talked about me to my face in Spanish to her coworker and ignored me. I left this Walgreens crying. There are always homeless people out front of this Walgreens. Do not go here. The staff is very rude and unhelpful.

I am a physician and this is by far the worst pharmacy in Tampa. I’ve been hung up on while waiting 20-30 minutes just to speak with someone. I do not understand how they are in business. If you’re a physician please advise your patients to get their medications elsewhere.

This has gotta be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had. Every time I get a prescription sent it takes up to a week sometimes longer. It takes up to 30 minutes to get on the phone with someone and they never have any answers even if you go in person. Their response is i don’t know what to tell you. I can’t even reach the place to cancel my prescriptions now that I’m changing pharmacies. Go literally anywhere else.

If you have to call in to renew your prescriptions and you enjoy being hung up on after 20+ minutes on hold then you will love this pharmacy!

It’s a nightmare trying to get anyone on the phone even as a prescriber. When you finally get to the “front of the line” they just hang up the phone on you. I recommend asking your patients to use an alternate pharmacy if possible.
