The #1 worst walgreens. You have a line of customers going down the isles, 2 long lines waiting on the drive thru windows.Never pick up there in coming calls, and if they do pick up the phone they quickly say please HOLD, and then they hang up the call.. the calls need to be monitored also to monitor theses employees. This location ISNT understaffed. Its the employees to busy gossiping to one another asking about whats for dinner tonite, or any gossip thats going around. I've been here many times to pick up my meds and the staff needs training on HIPA. It is disgusting that you have these employees reading out customers purscription loudly its just plain unlawful. I've had to stop an employee one time for screaming out my medications for no reason.. this staff need to be completely turned over.

With my insurance I can only use Walgreens pharmacy and due to understaffing by corporate, I assume, Walgreens operations are an insult to the customer as well as the hard working staff. The line is 5 people long as we speak and I have been in the drive thru for 30 minutes behind one car and have been waiting at the window for 5 minutes with no employees in sight. It always takes as much as an hour to get the pharmacy to answer the phone and sometimes as much as 45 minutes to an hour in line at the drive thru. My family has been a loyal customer even before it was called Eckerd’s. Hopefully corporate Walgreens sees this review. I have tried to contact the store manager but no one will answer the phone. SHAME ON YOU WALGREENS!

The staff of Walgreens pharmacy is amazing BUT I must say that due to understaffing by corporate Walgreens is an insult to the customer as well as the hard working staff. Takes as much as an hour to get the pharmacy to answer the phone and sometimes as much as 45 minutes to an hour in line at the drive thru.my family has been a loyal customer even before it was called Eckards since we moved to Florida in 1984. Since myself and my daughter has been tasked with major health challenges , we are on the verge of changing to CVS . Hopefully corporate Walgreens see this post. SHAME ON YOU WALGREENS.

It’s no surprise so many Americans haven’t gotten the vaccine when places like this hire pharmacy that have no idea what they are doing. I tried to reschedule my appointment because I unexpectedly have to work all day but when I go online it says my confirmation number nor my email exist. So I call the store and I get an automated message and ended up trying to reschedule for Monday but then connects me to two extremely rude workers a female then male and are arguing with me telling me to do it online when I said multiple times on the phone that it’s not working. Their response was sorry can’t do anything about it; so I guess I won’t be getting my second dose and if I do I wouldn’t want to come to this location.

Messed up on my meds twice gave me the wrong medication recent problems have been waiting in line half an hour only to get a partial script filled on multiple medications I highly recommend not using the store I have since transferred all my scripts
