Awful service. While visiting, I purchased an item at this store and came back next day with unopened item and receipt to return it and the employee said that I had to go to another store that accepted returns because they didn't. I told him that another store refused my return and told me that I had to return it at the store I purchased it from. As soon as I said that he stated that he had to call his manager, Chris. Which I'm not even sure that's the real name. When I explained that I had a return he stated that he couldn't accept it. I said that CVS has a return policy and he stated that he could show me the policy but that it specifically states that as a manager he can refuse the return because people buy stuff and then they don't need it and want to return it. He also stated that last time he did a return he got in trouble for it. While I understand that they could refuse a return this return was not done to take advantage of the policy, this was an unopened item and receipt in hand.

Worst customer service ever. Workers are on their phones the entire instead of doing their jobs. I came to pick up a package and two employees searched for my package from UPS and came up empty-handed and then blamed it on UPS. When I checked my UPS confirmation, they told me that the store had received the package. I am headed off to a Fernandez. I asked the workers to check again, and they miraculously found my package.

I walked double time walked in the rain from Frenchmen's Street to this CVS arrived 10 mins prior to closing time only to find the metal shutters down early.

Interesting choice to call yourself a pharmacy given you are clearly not. You may wish to consider removing that particular word from your name given it is a lie
