Stopped by there to drop off a script and I noticed they had stencils for Halloween makeup decor and the cutest Hallmark pop up cards. The staff was helpful. Plenty of carts. The only thing that’s missing is a neighborhood vibe. I don’t feel like the staff really has time to get to know any of their customers which is pretty important if I want to make it my regular pharmacy spot. Maybe turnover is high, I don’t know but the staff seems too tense to really engage. Curt would be the word I’d use to describe the staff. But that reflects more on upper management than them.

I always have to use the pharmacy, unfortunately , but at least c v s is reliable. Walgreens will let me down every chance I give them, so instead of walking there , I take a bus to c v s, it's still more convenient.🤷‍♂️

There is nothing like caring for your customer!!! CVS Prytania is the best!! Casey in the pharmacy is amazing. All of the pharmacy staff is great’ I had a prescription filled at another CVS and was told it would be $600 I thought I had a coupon attached to that prescription. They said no, I had to go to their drug’s website and see if they had a coupon. Something told me to go to Prytania location where we get all of our prescriptions filled. Casey in the pharmacy looked it up and immediately saw that the coupon was attached and filled it for $0. We love everyone at this CVS! The pharmacy is very busy, but the extra step they take is priceless!!!

George (the pharmacy manager) stopped during the middle of his work to greet and guide me to the register. He efficiently got my information and prescription, and then gave me a wonderful surprise at check out. I am without insurance until next month, and there was a coupon available on my rewards account that I was unaware of. He applied it for me and I saved over $80! The entire process took less than 5 minutes from the time I approached the counter to leaving the store. I have never experienced a more superior pharmacy service in my life, and he was truly a blessing. I made the switch to this CVS location a few months ago, and every visit has exceeded my expectations- this was easily the best one yet. Seamless efficiency=customer for life ✅

CVS pharmacy on Prytania is awesome. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. They take pride in giving individualized care and attention to every customer.
