Came to town for a few days and forgot my meds. Allie the pharmacist helped me get my prescriptions transferred and filled. She was amazing and a real lifesaver. Really appreciated her friendliness and customer service.

Give the man who was working this CVS a raise. He was cheerful, kind, patient, and kept the line moving. Mardi Gras is a very stressful time to be working any customer-facing job, and he handled his shift with an impressively positive attitude. I messed up at self checkout and I was embarrassed, but he just came by promptly to fix it, and we all had a laugh about it.

The pharmacist at 939 Girod St., here in New Orleans, Louisiana, is one that I trust and respect wholeheartedly. Her professionalism and manner in calming my anxiety deserves high commendations. I have observed her many times, showing empathy, compassion, patience, and a reassuring smile. My community is really blessed to have her!

Terrible customer service. Picked up a hat that was clearly marked $14.99 and it came up $18.99…I demanded that I get the price on the rack where it was hanging because that’s why I selected it. Nope!
