So to start, I have ALWAYS used Walgreens as my Go to! I love the brand. For some reason, there’s this lady who looks older and wears glasses, appears to be lightskin who is EXTREMELY rude. I typed in my number wrong and the lady decided to give attitude and was very disrespectful with her tone saying “How do you forget your number”. This isn’t her first offense. I had let this slide many times before on different situations telling myself she is just having a bad day. I think now that she must hate her job and it would benefit Walgreens to hire a more friendly and professional cashier.

I had an excellent experience at Walgreens today thanks to Ms. Wanda. She provided outstanding customer service—friendly, helpful, and attentive. She really went above and beyond to make my visit pleasant. Thank you, Ms. Wanda!

This Walgreens was located across the street from our hotel, The Ritz Carlton New Orleans on Canal Street. My spouse said it's one of their older locations which was apparent due to the old school rainbow logo & font in bright neon lights perched above the entrance. We popped in to get some drinks and snacks to take back to the room. Selection was good, like any other location I've been to, and prices were competitive. SERVICE: The female cashier we had was either mute or just an unhappy soul. Of course we didn't receive a greeting but my spouse did one for her in which we got no response. Tsk, tsk, tsk. Can't you even say "hi"? No price was mentioned so you had to look at her register screen. And of course no thank you was received either. She should find employment behind the scenes where she doesn't have to deal with humans. Three simple rules, honey. 1) Greet. 2) Be pleasant. 3) Thank. TIP: Closes at midnight. OVERALL: All around convenience.

Terrible customer service from the manager really bad attitude. Wasn't friendly at all. The store wasn't properly stocked at all. I just wanted to leave as soon as I walked in. The atmosphere was very stale like no wanted to work there. I asked the young lady for plastic because she tried to give me paper bags and she was annoyed .I didn't think it was that serious. There is another Walgreens 1 block away go there please.

DO NOT GO HERE AS A FEMALE ALONE. I’ve been in NOLA for a week and have shopped here for water bottles / chips / etc. because it’s close to my hotel. I’ve either been hit on by security to the point I’ve had to lie about having a boyfriend to be left alone and another guard today just told me to never come back and accused me of stealing because I didn’t buy anything today... the coffee I like wasn’t in stock so I left????? He had the craziest eyes I ever saw. I said run the tapes back bro and walked out. I was in shock. I’ve bought food for the homeless man outside before and have had really nice interactions with all the cashiers (bald lady really nice) but the security guards??? Who hired you guys 😂 I walked across the street to the other location and nobody bothered me and got my drink in peace
