The drive-thru window needs attention outside.Fresh paint and a little TLC . Here's a tip. Being that this is a 24hr location,why not have more hours that are evenly distributed so that no area is lacking. Such as pharmacy, the line was a least 8 customers deep and only 2 techs and one on drive-thru. Drive-thru was 5 cars deep. Let’s do better.

Terrible customer service at the registers. Poor stocked item help and service. Pharmacy is one of the worst i have ever encountered for customer service, Knowledge, consistency and reliability. It’s supposed to be a 24 hour pharmacy that always has a pharmacist on duty. This is NEVER… N E V E R the case.. if you do catch one, they are rude and have the worst customer service/bed side manor you can imagine. I 100% recommend closing this branch and firing the mangers. The district manager failed this region as they over book this location which in turn makes ALL the employees rude and careless towards customers. Any case, this branch is a failure and i do not see it improving any time in the near future. Walgreens, this is a great example of what not to do.. Terrible on all accounts and in all ratings. My insurance co. & I spent 2 hours on the phone because there was a problem with my meds. They dropped the call twice.

In an attempt to advocate for my 70 y/o father as I am in from out of town on business, I have waited six hours for very much needed medications. Waiting 6 hours for a simple z-pack to be filled is ludicrous. I've worked as an assistant manager at Walgreens and the attitude I have received at such a simple request to expedite an antibiotic that is covered by insurance is ridiculous. If you don't enjoy your job, don't do it.go find some job where your lack of customer service is appreciated.
