The worst of all the pharmacies, but I imagine you already know this since there are so many bad reviews. The service is terrible, the people are rude and ill-mannered. The store is disgusting, the floor is all dirty with something that looked like feces. I saw all kinds of papers in the few minutes I was there. They should change the manager to see if this store works.

Reinforcing the reviews here- the worst pharmacy in New Orleans that I’ve encountered here the last 30 years. The staff is always terrible and treat your business like an inconvenience. I have literally never been treated like a customer at this location and have had innumerable problems visit after visit. Tonight I sat at the window for 15 minutes before I was graced with the tech’s presence who refused to “fill” my script because it was 5:30 and they close at 6. She literally waited until it was 5:30 to approach me despite there being no cars in the drive through nor people at the counter. She mentioned something about my prescription being at an entirely different pharmacy without my consent and despite all the text confirmations of it being at this location. So either she was lying so it could be considered a refill, so she didn’t have to fill it at 5:30 (THIRTY MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSE) or this location is violating HIPAA standards. I’m finally being smart enough to pull my scripts from here, filing the necessary complaints with cooperate and freeing myself from the recurring monthly stress of getting a simple birth control prescription with these incompetent, miserable people.

This particular location hits the mark for your standard Walgreens location. Reasonably clean, not too crowded, relatively well stocked, with begrudgingly helpful staff members, and overbearing florescent lighting. Because this is New Orleans they do have a nice selection of touristy, "bring me back something" type items, which is actually a plus in my opinion.

Speaking of pharmacy - always understaffed, pharmacists are unwilling to help, cashiers are ALWAYS busy... Working both counter & window.... You're gonna have to wait for sure .. they don't have a sense of urgency. Unfortunate!!

10 people working. I stood there for 10 minutes and was ignored. One lady walked out and took the cash register tray and left. Didn’t even acknowledge me. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to.
