This pharmacy is the worst I have ever encountered. I have a script I need filled because I had painful oral surgery today. I was on the phone with them two separate times waiting over an hour total on hold to speak to someone. I was cut off twice!! I feel certain they hung up because my questions were to complicated for them. I do not recommend this location and the people at this pharmacy are unprofessional. They could have called me back because they have my info. Never again!!! I’m not surprised they have a terrible rating!!

As a physician I expect to not be put on hold for 18 minutes and never have staff pick up the phone. Your hours on weekdays are till 10PM. If a doctor calls at 9PM the phone call should be answered. Nobody likes working up until the last minute, but that is what we do as physicians for our patients. The least you can do is pick up the phone so that I can try to call in a medication and get my patients the help they need. Truly despicable.

I find this place very depressing and one of the staff gave me information I knew was false about refilling a prescription, though other staffers have been decent. Overall, I can't recommend it.

Terrible if you value your time at all. I expect to certain wait time, but this is amazing. The expectation is you have to call or text your doctor several time, have the exact name of medicine ready. Then call this pharmacy to be put on hold for an hour before they think about filling it. Not a good system. Also, if they do have it, the line there is vert long and slow. The staff is not friendly either

The worst pharmacy I've ever used in my life and they don't even have the decency to feel bad about it. Half the pharmacists don't understand how their own system works and refuse to help with any kind of issue, even if it's their fault. I'm switching to the CVS up the street because I really can't handle dealing with rude stupid people any time I need to pick up a prescription. The only person at this place that's ever been any kind of help to me is the tall man with glasses who usually works weeknights- if you go in with a problem and he's not there, just turn around and go home because nobody else cares enough to even try to help.
