How is it possible that the most conveniently located pharmacy in the entire neighborhood also feels like the setting of a low-budget zombie movie? I swear every time winter hits and I’m there weekly with sick kids, I walk in and immediately think, “Ah yes… the Walgreens of Doom.” The staff? Rougher by the minute. No name tags. No uniforms. Oversized sweaters with mystery holes. Hair that looks like it just lost a custody battle. Shoes that have seen things I don’t want to know about. And they ALWAYS act like adding a primary + secondary insurance is some kind of NASA launch sequence. 🚀 Except — and shout-out where it's due — for the ONE pharmacist (you know who I mean) who somehow runs the entire operation with actual competence + customer service. And the two techs who know what they’re doing. Everyone else… well… let’s just say the bar is low and somehow keeps sinking. I’m hoping for some kind of miracle for this place to actually get to some kind of acceptable level of service one day.

Prescriptions never filled in time despite recorded confirmation and text. Call them and get put on hold then disconnected 3 times! My physician called and even he got voicemail. I’ve been shortchanged several times. Very suspicious

Pharmacy staff was rude and uncaring, not only with me but to the little old man next to me as well. If you don’t like your job find a different one, don’t take it out on your customers.

Don't even bother, it seems they do not fill prescriptions until they feel like it. My Dr. called in 4, I arrived 2 days later and they only had 1 filled. I told them I needed my medication, I was panicked because they said to come back Monday. I was in tears. I shouldn't have , but, did use an f bomb , I was told I could just leave by a lady that name started with Tocc. She evilly told me to have a nice day. I finally got them.. after much confusion. I have one more medication to pick up and I'm Never 👎 Using a Walgreens Again! Horrible customer service skills, rude and evil staff Update!, Picked up my last script and see it was Filled also on The 18th!!!! It was a very important medication I needed then over the weekend. Called this morning and they were asking personal questions that had nothing to do with anything . They filled it and now I see they made me go through all of that for nothing. I use the app and it's worthless, so is this very rude Location that can't even put a sign up that that do not use their Drive-through either. -0 ⭐️
