i was told that my military photo ID was not taken by CVS and that it’s always been this way when in fact I haven’t had a problem using this ID in four years. After being ignored and lied to by this person the manager was brought over just to say “oh yeah we do take this ID”

The young woman at the front desk who greets the customers doesn't smile or make conversation, unlike the pharmacists who are very friendly and very pleasant.

I went to pick up my medicine and couldn't afford it a man in wheelchair paid for my prescription. Very good Thanks 😊 🙏

Not thrilled. 1st- needed to leave message to talk with someone in pharmacy. Hours later still no call back, so Iwent in. they told me they didn't have medication I needed even though in system another cvs said they have 2 boxes (and the reason why Imade the trek in). they then told me I needed to call other nearby cvs'to make sure they physically have it. I told them my other, usual cvs calls for me in a situation like this. Like I said, not thrilled

Laura the pharmacist is so kind and helpful! She’s patient when talking to the elderly, went beyond when helping me with a prescription, and is generally energetic and friendly. Great job!
