Carla stayed late to ensure I got my life saving medication (cancer treatment) on time. She did this by helping me make sure I had my co-pay card setup and working properly. Excellent CVS.

CVS app sends me a note saying I need to schedule shingles, tetanus and pneumonia vaccines. Referring doctor is someone I've never heard of from some place I've never been. What a racket. Disgustingly dirty store to be giving vaccinations.

Many poor experiences here… Phone directory makes it impossible to call and ask a question to pharmacist. I have a Rx that has been out of stock for 3 weeks now. Have waited in line 2x to pick up. When I left a voicemail to check in I get no callback despite needing this medication for so long. Impossible to sign up for delivery because it sends me to a dead-end link at my health insurance company. They refill my kids epi-pens with expiration dates 6 mos out. The list goes on. Will see if I can move all my Rx’s to Amazon Pharmacy.

THEY NOW HAVE A BAREBONES STAFF ...JUST WENT INTO CVS-PICK UP ONE MEDS..TOTAL $447.00 for 3 months..And i have additional drug plan..Raised my prescription from last time (3 months ago) by $124...They got me to sign with them last year by charging me $134 for the same brand name drug.Then kept increasing the price...There is no generic..has gone downhill in the last year....rude and been ...got incorrect info on drug/prices...Service no longer exists... Head Pharmacist has an 'attitude.. and is rude...She doesn't have time to answer questions..Long lines..understaffed.. Bottom line..Now 68% of retail stores goods are not Brand Names..CVS bottom line is put 38% of store products out with a generic CVS brand..Even the store manager told me he spends 1/4 the day .stocking shelves because they don't want to pay for more help...Three new managers since last year..A nightmare!!
