CVS on Columbus Avenue in Boston has a clearly posted “Service Animals Only” policy, yet it is routinely ignored. People bring pets into the store all day long, and staff does nothing to enforce their own signage. I have a documented allergy to dogs and rely on posted policies to safely enter public spaces. On dozens of occasions, I have had to leave the store because pets were present. This is not an isolated incident, and staff is fully aware that non service animals are regularly allowed inside. When I called the store to raise the issue, no corrective action was taken. I was given excuses rather than solutions, and the behavior continues unchanged. Posting a policy while refusing to enforce it puts customers with allergies and disabilities at risk. If CVS chooses not to enforce its own rules, the signage should be removed so customers can make informed decisions before entering.

I am very satisfied with the location and staff, it is the newly deployed pharmacy system with continues to change and doesn't work properly that is the reason for the lower score. Screens don't accept touch, it wants me to select options for notifications that have previously selected, but the system either doesn't know, or is looking to confirm this (not the first time I have been requested to confirm #, or options for notification). Its as if no one at CVS Customer Experience Management understands how obtain confirmations, and once done, don't keep asking at each transaction! This new system takes longer for us, subscribers and longer for the limited staff behind the counter. The equipment (hardware - TOUCH SCREEN), have not been calibrated properly, or its just cheap hardware/software, because it doesn't work properly yet, resulting in duplication of effort. This is a complete failure for CVS, unless the objective is to drive pharmacy business to their competition.

The storw was easy to fi d I. A very busy city. The inside was cleaned and appeared to be well stocked with everything o e would need.

I have to say they are an amazing group They always have an answer to my questions They treat me like a human being and they care they truly care They're well versed at what they do and always have an answer for you I am truly grateful for them
