Fenway pharmacy is the best and I have never once in 15 years had an issue with the employees, how they work, or hang-ups. Any issue I've ever had has simply been due to an incorrect script being written, but when that does happen, the staff helps you very quickly without hesitation. They always answer the phone which is also never too long of a wait. If you live within the Boston area, they do deliver your medication for free via courier which is extremely convenient and will come within the day if you order before 9 or 10am. ❤️‍🔥 Sometimes the line in the pharmacy can be long, so try to avoid picking up between 3-5pm on weekdays. They always do their best- it is simply very busy because they're so good. 15 minute Parking for pharmacy pickup usually does have an available spot when i do which is also awesome. It is wheelchair accessible from there to the entrance. Otherwise i recommend parking at star market temporarily. Call fenway pharmacy at their main number to quickly refill over the phone; and they are always very nice and informative about your med statuses. They will never deny you medication if you have outstanding bills. They accept Medicare so most of my meds are free which i am very blessed for. Highly recommended. One stipulation; if you have meds that you cannot go 24 hours without, get a backup script of it at a 24/7 pharmacy such as CVS to ensure that you can always acquire it when needed. I learned that the hard way.

I need a specific generic. Called a few weeks ago, talked to them about it. They said yes, then shipped me the wrong one. Called again, same conversation, they said yes, then shipped me the wrong one. Called a third time, specifically asked for manager/supervisor and was told they can’t get me what I requested. Very frustrating that even starting 3+ weeks before I needed the medicine, I still don’t have the right one. If the first or second person had been helpful, I wouldn’t be out of meds right now. Really disappointing experience. I don’t think I was intentionally misled, but the end result is the same. I would have transferred the prescription weeks ago if I knew I couldn’t get what I need here.

This is quite literally the worst and most incompetent doctors office and pharmacy I have ever experienced. The woman who works in the pharmacy ought to be fired and have charges pressed against her for the way she speaks to people, handles issues, and refuses to work with patients and makes it incredibly difficult to fill people’s prescriptions. Virtually downright refusing to do what she’s paid to do. The doctors are inattentive and dismissive and hardly reply to messages sent through the app.. which is the only method of contact unless the doctor calls you. I absolutely cannot deal with this doctors office and I’m happy they’re not my provider (family member). If I could give them several million less starts than one, I would. Their purpose and mission are admirable but they should probably get their shit together before they get slapped with a lawsuit. If you can find another LGBTQIA+ care provider, please go elsewhere!

Customer service is a one star and delivery is no stars. A revamp is needed to service to service the company, also the call center should more access to tracking. If you provide a service stay updated on ways to improve delivery and communication . Also training customer service/call center representatives should have training to eliminate repetitive calls.

Constantly having issues with Fenway pharmacy, highly recommend anywhere else!
