Those cashiers never know anything they give me a headache. It's so annoying, how do they get the job? How did they pass the interview? I finally stopped going there since all the other ones closed down I had no choice but I'll be fine. They gave me a coupon I went to use it, it says invalid. No one knew why. I spent over 30 dollars to use the coupon and it was a waste. Stress is not my thing

I hate to say it but I think Walgreens is a dying brand, so many stores have already closed in Boston, and I wouldn't be surprised if the remaining ones did too. Besides the fact that Walgreens’ rewards system is unclear and inconsistently applied, there's a huge disconnect between online promotions, in-store systems, and staff (including managers) understanding of any of it. Each and every time I visit a Walgreens store, I'm reminded why I tend to avoid the business all together. No one seems to know what's going on (or care to figure out lol), you get different answers depending on who you talk to, and you're just expected to keep spending your money with the company. I'll pass.

This store is so CLEAN and WELL ORGANIZED! So easy to find what you are looking for! The other drugstore close by is one big mess that I could not even begin to describe. Stick with this Walgreens!

Horrible nasty attitude from the heavy set African American young lady in the front 01/18/2026. Do better , as an African American myself fully black to the core …. You can’t go anywhere in life acting like that towards people you gon mess around with the right person, disgusting individual. People are so miserable now or days what a shame. If you hate your job quit lol, not my fault you make minimum wage. Brokeyyyy
