Terrible experience at Wallgrees. We were at the place, purchased water, and even so, they did not allow my 5-year-old daughter to use the restroom, even though she was extremely desperate to go. The service lacked sensitivity, empathy, and basic common sense. When it comes to a small child, the minimum expected is human decency and compassion. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.

Small Walgreens across from the Prudential Center Mall. They have a TD ATM here. Packed but all the basics.

Don't even want to give one star. Very bad experience. Came to pick up my package. First time told me they don't have it, second time had this attitude after finding my package. Could literally hear them talking shirt behind me. Don't know why they can be on Boylston St. Hope they close soon. Never let them take your package!

This store genuinely terrifies me. I live really close and would rather walk farther and pay more to avoid it. Cashiers are rude and snappy, I've had multiple employees YELL at me before I have time to turn on my hearing aids, the selection is sub-par, the door has been broken for several months now, the best experience I ever had here was with one older male cashier who talked me into giving my email for the rewards program, and even then it felt like I was being forced to, but at least he was cheery and polite. Tip for all employees everywhere, if someone can't hear you the first three times you ask them if they want a bag, they can't hear you period, just charge them for a bag, DONT yell at them like this Walgreens does. Every. Time.
