We came here to buy allergy medicine and asked a staff member for help. A very nice lady patiently explained the differences between the options and which ones might work best for our symptoms. That was really helpful. The only downside is that there was just one cashier, so even with only a few people in line, it took a bit of time to check out. Having one more person at the register would be more helpful.

You can count on them telling you your prescription is ready and then not actually having it, especially the first 1–2 times you go in to pick it up. There’s always a long line, they’ll leave you on hold for an hour+ just to hang up, and they’ll say something’s been ordered when it hasn’t. I've witnessed elderly people break down in tears after begging them over the course of multiple visits to give them an actual update. Always promised it will be ready and then saying it's not available anywhere in the entire city. I’ve been coming here for five years and it’s been consistently bad the entire time. At this point it almost feels impressive how reliably unreliable it is.

Called before lunch and they purposely put me on hold to avoid picking up before lunch. Waited on the line so long I was rerouted before being hung up on. Tried again and was left on hold for half an hour before they hung up. Never spoke to a single person.

The pharmacy is a nightmare, whether in person or on the phone. Incredibly long wait times. Just horrible. I feel bad for the community.

Do not place pharmacy orders here! Even in the slowest hours the techs take at least 30 minutes, and fail to pick up the phone to assist with orders that can’t be taken care of online/in the app. I don’t blame any individuals, but they have been consistently understaffed around the clock.
