I was asked to leave a review on recent visit. I left honest review. Long line of cars I had my app ready for the tech to scan at window to speed along the process and she said she was new and didn’t know how. CVS replied to my survey and said they can’t train new people on everything. Not a great response if you’re putting a new person on the floor make sure they have been properly trained first. The response felt like I was wrong for providing my feedback and just an excuse. More unhappy with the response that the new hire.

Would give it no stars. The drive through is a joke. You spend 30 minutes or more waiting for your turn at the window to get ignored. You can see them walking around putting bagged meds away but not answering the drive through window. And if you complain the girl at the window refuses to give you your medication. When you ask for a manager she says she is the manager. If she is she needs to be fired. Will not recommend this location. Poor service and rude condescending so called pharmacy manager!

CVS is my favorite drug store. I belong to their rewards program where you are given so many perks, like $10.00 a month, discount on CVS brands, and much more. The savings are great. The store is clean, well stocked and someone usually greats you when you walk in the door.

Zero customer service. I understand they are busy but they just ignore you, walk around you, walk past you, don’t acknowledge you. Then when I was like I need to see if a prescription was called in they roll their eyes and say it will be a minimum of an hour and then continue to ignore me until I finally just left, and had the prescription transferred to a different pharmacy.

Very helpful and friendly staff my meds were ready when I got there to pick them up. I had questions for the pharmacist and he was able to answer them very knowledgeably.
