There is always an issue with my meds here and I have no trouble getting my meds filled elsewhere. They are always extremely backed up and if you call to check on the medication or to get estimated time of them being ready to pickup they become incredibly rude. I have one medication here that has yet to be filled. There was an issue with it of course that I got resolved by reaching out to my doctor myself but it hasn't been run through insurance or anything. Do NOT go here unless you absolutely must. After this medication is filled I will be going elsewhere for my meds. Which Hy-Vee should be thrilled about because it's one less prescription that they have to fill.

This is by far one of the most poorly ran hyvee Pharmacys in town. Quite literally almost every prescription I fill here has an issue. It seems as if everyone is poorly trained, and has zero customer service experience. When issues arise it’s no one’s fault. I sometimes drive way out of my way to avoid this one when I am able. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend. If other places were more affordable I would switch.

John is a very nice person. Always good people here.
