I love Elmwood Pharmacy. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Refilling rxs is as easy as a phone call and I’ve never had to wait in line. It feels good to walk in there and spend money in a local business instead of a Walgreens or CVS. Keep up the good work, EP!

After having a lot of trouble with large retail pharmacies (Walgreens mainly), I switched over to Elmwood Pharmacy 3 years ago. My only regret is that I did not do this many many years ago. I never have issues with refills, and the staff has ensured a smooth pick up every time (staff will call my prescribing doctor if something comes up). Dr. Polacek quickly recognized me after coming in monthly and now often grabs my scripts and has them ready right as I walk in. All of the check-out staff are lovely and always greet you politely and with a smile. If trips to the pharmacy have become dreaded, then switch to Elmwood where you’ll be treated like family! I personally don’t use the home delivery option but have heard great things… Elmwood Pharmacy staff truly goes above and beyond what is expected

I have been using this pharmacy for a few years and I'm really grateful my doctor recommended it. Although Elmwood is not close to where I live, that's ok, they have free delivery! I also use their pill packs and it makes taking my medication super easy. The packs are made with recyclable material, which I appreciate. Everyone there is professional but also very kind and considerate. Glenn is my favorite delivery driver but all of them are nice. I just highly recommend this pharmacy!

My experience was very bad because a medical wrap that had to be prescribed by a doctor for a medical lymphedema was never ordered. There was plenty of time to get it ordered before the end of last year. I inquired several times and was told all was doing ok. So since these orders can take a while I trusted it was all was ok. After 6 weeks had gone by. I asked what happened. And was told it was never ordered. Needless to say I was very upset. Went to Laura to express my frustration. I had lost the ability to purchase the wraps for both legs with Medicare for 2024. Then I needed to go back to my OT.. pay a charge to have her remeasure (I had lost 50 lbs since the first wraps) lastly got my primary doctor to get support to do the prescription out of her field. Lastly the only thing said to me was “we sure dropped the ball.” I agreed. And have gotten apology because I asked for it. No offer to help with the cost I incurred or the time taken to solve this but all together 4 months to get the product.

This pharmacy actually is terrible. They routinely have no medications to deliver and demand I use a different pharmacy. I do not know how they have not hurt anyone yet but it's coming and it might be you! The incompetence is overwhelming!
