if i could rate a 0 star i would. I work in healthcare myself. I was in a car accident today, and the hospital does paper rx's 30 mins before they closed. The first lady said "well we close in 25 mins so hopefully we can get this filled for you in 20" i said well can you call me i live right behind hyvee, she goes i just said it would be done in 15-20. How does it go from hopefully we can have it filled, to 15-20 mins. She was very snotty and had lots of attitude. They were not busy, no line, so it wasn't like she was busy. Went to pick up my prescriptions 8 mins before they closed, it took 5 mis before i got to the counter. The same lady who helped me and took the prescriptions the original time came around the corner at 9, shut the lights off and was pointing very aggressively at the car behind me telling me are closed and shaking her head aggressively as well. The lady at the window (Super young with glasses) the sweetest girl ever. I asked her about the stuff i need for insurance and court forms claims and she politely said let me go ask and started seeming unsure the pharmacist came over and picked up the phone with a dead stare. She was being very snotty and rude as well. After she got off the phone to talk over the speaker the lady that was polite took my payment and the pharmacist (as she was wearing a white coat) was standing behind her looking annoyed and rolling her eyes. I'm sure she was making smart comments to the employee who was helping me. I have never been a fan as they usually have attitude but this was my last straw. I will not be going back to them ever again.

So friendly and nice people, always helpful. Really appreciate all in this pharmacy.

Perfect. Never had had an issue at this location. They are always nice and they are open until 8.

I never have a good experience with the pharmacy on fort street. Multiple times I've been just hung up on while trying to check on prescriptions or they just say they'll message me when it's ready but I have NEVER gotten a message. Nothing but terrible service at this location and unfortunately it's the closest pharmacy to my home.
