I can say that Jennifer L., know customer service, friendly and excellent in providing the best service in fitting you in the best pair of diabetic shoes. I was very disappointed in how Kohl's on 50th and Dodge St in Omaha NE treated me. I explained it to her, she talked to her boss. They asked if I would come to their store on Leavenworth. I did just that. Wow, what a difference. Best overall treatment and service. Jennifer showed me true compassion and best service I have ever seen in the past 30+ years. She knows her job and cares about who she is helping. If you need medical equipment or devices go to her store. The best thing you will experience is how she has a drive and compassion for helping others with a solution. Kohl's is very lucky to have her. They all there seems to love their job and greets all and it shows.

Crook was very courteous and knowledgeable. She went over all the equipment how to clean, run, maintain, troubleshoot, and safety of my CPAP. She also went above and beyond with tips that will make my quality of life better with this CPAP. Thank you so much!

Fantastic personal service. I loved that they walked me through on how to use the e equipment. Super friendly staff. Great store location. Very clean and organized.

Michelle Crook, RRT did an excellent job thoroughly explaining my mom's new CPAP machine to her. She was detailed, kind, and empathetic. She also provided us with plenty of resources and her contact information for help if needed. We really appreciated her helping us understand how to use this new device and care for it.
