Anti nausea medicine sent in at 4:30pm. 5:30pm wait inside and told it wasn't sent to them. Drive back to the Dr. and shown the time stamp of 4:31pm it was received. I was told it would be 20-30 minutes. Come back at 8:30pm and it's not ready, but they'll put me on the list. Nope. Not using them again after 40+ years.

This place yikes! Been getting my prescriptions here for over 30 years. They keep messing up my refills. They called me last week with today at 11:15 pick up times for 2 of my extremely important meds. 1st the cashier in drive thru said they have been waiting for a reply since last week. I call my doctor they tell me the only request they sent was the 1 with the exact time I'm in their drive thru. Call tonight it says still processing so I ask to talk to a pharmacy tech. She proceeds to tell me they only sent it today she shows no other requests. Bologna I have the message. Keep in mind as of now I haven't had these meds due to walgreens incompetence for 5 days now and have swelling in my legs now. Not only do you all need to fix your systems before you kill someone. Your techs need to learn how to talk to people. She tried to say I didn't know how to use the automated system. Really cause I've been using it a very long time and again, You guys called me with a date and time for pick up. Not only will I not be returning. I'm gonna make sure a lot of people know about my experience. Get your stuff together, and again, before you seriously hurt someone if you already haven't.

Needed the pharmacy after a visit to urgent care. Have never been to this location or city in general before. Double lanes at the pharmacy outside kept things moving. Our meds were not done being mixed yet, so they let us know we could come back in 10 to 15 mins and it'll be ready to go. Got a car wash and sure enough, ready. Cheap prices as well. Everyone who came to the speaker was very kind.

Staff is always kind and friendly. Have helped us problem solve a couple issues before, also fast in comparison to other pharmacies.

It’s a shame this pharmacy is attached to the main store. Everyone who works in the non-pharmacy part of the store is very kind and helpful. The same could not be said for the pharmacy. 30+ minute waits every time I’ve been here. There also seems to be a lot of confusion on the basics of how to fill prescriptions. Don’t have medications in stock after being told “just one more day and we’ll have it”. Unfortunately, it’s likely the worst pharmacy I’ve been to and will not be back again.
