I will not be going back to this pharmacy. I just moved to the area, and tried this Walgreens for the first time, and that's all it took(Walgreens off 180th and Q). The lady's name was kristy, and literally was the rudest person I have ever met, and I only talked to her for five minutes. She had the most condescending tone ever! She was so unprofessional. If you are going to work in customer service you don't treat people like crap period. If I were you I would take your business elsewhere where they actually care, and have friendly people.

I just wanted to say how happy I am to be able to get my medicines and my immunizations from such a nice staff. People may not appreciate the extra effort, but I sure do. Even if it takes 5 mins more sometimes (because they get 25 patients at once). You guys are doing a wonderful job. Specially, today when the computers went off, you worked around it. Keep up the good work 👏.

Pharmacy business hours for this location posted on Walgreens' website is 8am-10pm. Arrived at 930pm to a handwritten sign that the pharmacy closes at 8pm. At 10:03pm got an automated call that my prescription is ready and needs to be picked up. Not a huge deal - just update your hours online so ppl don't waste their time.

Piles of medicines in baskets and ready-to-pickup, packaged prescriptions on the floor. Takes about 5-10 minutes to find yours after waiting in line for 15 minutes.

The Walgreens at 180th & Q St. In Omaha, NE may be the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Sat behind one car in the drive thru for 18 minutes. I would avoid sending a prescription to this pharmacy if you can! You will thank me later!
