I just waited 20 minutes behind 1 car in the dri e thru. When my turn finally came waited another 15 minutes then left without my prescriptions. No one even had the the courtesy to speak to me.

I have never had an issue with Walgreens personally except for the long wait time. My mom on the other hand they treat horrible. Her medications are never ready and when they are they are the wrong ones. I called yesterday and was told they would be ready today. I called today and the automated system says they are experiencing technical difficulties and then hang up on me.

I went to the store late at night to buy tampons. Said they were open till 12. I got to the door at 10:45 and they had a cart at the door so people couldn't come in. They were also in the process of checking someone out. It's also not the first inconvenience I've had at this same location.

The staff are usually very kind and helpful, but there have been major issues the past several times I've picked up prescriptions. Medications not being ready when they're supposed to be, never receiving the "your prescriptions are ready" texts - even though I've brought it up literally every time I go there. The two most recent times I've needed to pick up prescriptions, I have had to wait over 45 minutes because my prescriptions weren't filled yet, even though I arrived well after the time I was told they would be ready to be picked up. They appear to be fully staffed (6-8 people pretty much every time I'm there), so I just don't know what the issue is

I rate it a zero. Currently I drive out of my way to get to the pharmacy I switched to. Much less time and aggravation. Though most of the pharmacists and techs are nice, in the many years that myself or a family member bought drugs there, it was always a nightmare. There was always a problem! Not billed correctly, switching generics that looked different were never pointed out to my father and he didn’t even know what it was until I explained. Waited in long lines with people in front of me having trouble with drugs not ready or some other problem. They would tell you a med would be ready, even after calling them, only to get there and wait. They never did get my other insurance company right. Finally I moved those to a different pharmacy company, thinking it would help with any confusion. I think the last straw for me was when they tried to bill an insurance that I’d had at one time and should have been out of their system. They were billing it and couldn’t understand why it didn’t go through. There is no follow up, often cashiers from the store are ringing up drugs while the 4+ techs are there counting drugs. Yes they need to do that, however, if you have a line of 20 people, at least one should come up front to help for a few minutes. I am not criticizing the people, it’s the organization that is controlled by Walgreens. (This is what I was told) I don’t need to go on. See what you think, but make sure you check the drugs going to the elderly.
