On my very first visit to the pharmacy the guy told me something that was entirely false, that my insurance could be dropped using a good Rx coupon. There is no evidence of this and I don't know where he got it from but given that he's working at a pharmacy you think he'd know what he's talking about. Good thing I can do my own research.

Leave it to me to find the worst pharmacy in the metro. Rude, unprofessional, slooow service. Messed up orders. Hidden fees and charges. I hate it here.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. I just waited in line for 15 minutes to check out with Band-Aids, gauze and burn cream and the pharmacist refused to check me out and told me I needed to go to the front of the store to check out because they were only checking out prescription drugs at this time! There is only one checker at the front of the store and there are currently nine people in line. This is the absolute worst location in Omaha! They have four employees stocking shelves. The assistant manager is in the photo department refusing to check anyone out as well!

Avoid this pharmacy if you rely on monthly prescriptions. They’re often out of stock, making you wait days for refills ,even with auto-refill on. This can be dangerous for those on critical medications. When I raised concerns, they blamed me for not calling ahead, despite my auto-refill settings. Additionally, the drive-thru is frequently closed, forcing long waits inside. They’re so short-staffed that teenagers who are front-end cashiers are pulled to assist in the pharmacy. I’m transferring my prescriptions ASAP to another location.

UPDATE TO ADD: The manager Brandy was great! After I finally got to speak with her she confirmed I was eligible and she was able to get my vaccine administered. The pharmacy staff at this location definitely needs some customer service training. I know everyone is stressed out, but seriously… Terrible experience with the pharmacy at this location. After setting an appointment online for a vaccine and driving across town they A) had trouble finding my appointment, and B) refused to administer the vaccine despite my meeting the criteria. I waited up front to speak to the manager and staff ignored me.
