Called at 5:55 a few minutes before they closed with an immediate and unforeseen question about a prescription. Pharmacist answers the phone, and when I said I had a specific question about a medication, she said “Sure, just a moment.” And put me on hold. She left me on hold until the pharmacy closed and then hung up on me so their automated system wouldn’t let me call back in to the pharmacy. It would’ve been quicker for everyone to just answer my quick yes or no question. Incredibly rude.

I'd forgotten why I left this pharmacy in the first place. Now I remember...rude, lazy people. I will not be back.

Had to get a vaccine and hit a snag with my insurance. The staff were all fantastic!! Sometimes at pharmacies, you can tell everyone hates their jobs but this was definitely not like that. Even though this isn’t the closest Walgreens pharmacy to home, I’ll drive farther to come back to this location.

My daughter was in the Emergency room. Had a prescription sent to Walgreen's 90th and Blondo in Omaha. I got there after they closed at 6 pm on a Sunday. Didnt know they were closed. 2 people working in there. They saw me. Didnt respond to my buzz. They finally did and said we are closed. I buzzed back and asked them if they could send to another Walgreens pharmacy open. Not a response at all. Horrible customer service. Worst I've ever seen. They had no idea what the situation was. Just trying to get out of there. Sad

Always clean, lots of specials, friendly staff. Pharmacy is awesome. My Rx's have always been accurate and on time. Much better than the competition.
