Apothecare Pharmacy (only open to Southeast Healthcare patients)

If you are a Southeast patient, this is the best choice. They are not responsible for deciding what is written and the insurance decisions. They always have did whatever it takes to make me medicated and safe. If it becomes impossible to lapse scripts or something they offer solutions other pharms couldn't do bc they are strictly Southeast patients which creates a service that is faster than say if CVS tried to call them. They do not have any slack for stigmatized treatment and treat severely affected people find a place where it is possible to basically fast food your meds. The only downside is the phone system and the hours. If you don't get your meds on a Friday your screwed until 8am Monday. To get through to a direct phone call Southeast Central scheduling and ask to be transferred to the pharmacy, no more no less, please transfer me to the pharmacist. A human will always answer that way. They used to close for lunch which I can't say weather they do or not anymore bc I go before or after that time slot. No frills... It is built at the counter of high and long and is smaller than a starbucks waiting room by far a window and four chairs. Their is a public bathroom structure outside and I would assume that metal seat gets mighty cold in the winter ❄️ so for sit downs during cold days or if their is a wait... Pop over to Southeast waiting room lobby bathroom where I trade Temp for a quick 10 second security buffer. Hope this helps. Electric ⚡⚡ JeF

Very helpful and kind staff. I can't imagine their workload with amount of people they have still if you walk in longest wait you might have is 20 minutes. They're pretty good about their time estimates and they try to get you in and out.

Too busy for their own good! They won't call their own Dr.s if there is a medication issue. The client has to do it so you get disconnected at front desk because the are "TOO BUSY".

Hard to reach real people by phone, and even with the automated service, it hangs up shortly. Otherwise, not too bad experience so far.

They were very pleasant, but it is prescription only, in association with the clinic next door.
