I genuinely cannot overstate how frustrating and unacceptable my experiences with this pharmacy have been. At this point, it feels less like a healthcare provider and more like an obstacle course between me and medication I need. There is zero communication. Not “poor,” not “inconsistent”none. You cannot get a straight answer about whether a prescription is in stock, when it might be available, or what the plan is if it isn’t. Every question is met with vague shrugs disguised as customer service. “We don’t know.” “It’s out of our hands.” That’s the script. Always. What makes it worse is the attitude. Asking reasonable, necessary questions about medication you rely on is treated like an inconvenience. Staff are consistently dismissive, condescending, and at times outright rude. There’s a tone that suggests you’re the problem for expecting clarity, as if wanting to know when you can access your prescribed medication is somehow unreasonable. And this isn’t a one-time issue. It’s a pattern. Prescriptions are routinely delayed with no proactive communication. No updates. No accountability. You’re left chasing answers that no one seems interested in providing. Healthcare is built on trust, reliability, and basic respect. This place delivers none of the above. If you depend on timely medication or expect even a baseline level of professionalism, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I would like to leave feedback on the experience that I had at the Neil Avenue Columbus Ohio CVS vaccination site. It was amazing exceeded my expectations no wait the pharmacy graduate student was amazing I wish I had a obtained his name I was there on October 12th 4:00 p.m. he was so professional skilled in everything that I had to receive I'm looking forward actually to going back to getting my pneumonia shot and I pray that he is there. Excellent job Stellar customer service and extremely professional Pharmacy

Very clean, quiet atmosphere. Was able to walk right in and get my medications without the wait. ( i use the app ahead of time) The staff was calm, responsible and respectful. Much better experience than Kroger pharmacy. Great location as well. Very high traffic count leads to great business and exposure. Prices are what they are, just live below your means and you will survive much longer and stronger!

I’m writing to share a concerning experience with a prescription delivery on January 15, 2026, as I believe it may not align with CVS’s intended customer experience. I'd prefer to share it directly with customer service but the webpage is not easy to navigate. Before the prescription was delivered, the delivery driver texted my personal cell phone asking me to tip him extra, stating that he only made $6 for the delivery. There was no option to tip through the CVS app. I felt uncomfortable but gave him cash at the time of delivery. After the delivery, the driver texted me again saying: “No problem 😉 I would like to stay in contact still if u didnt mind ☺️” I blocked the number immediately, but I am now concerned as the driver has both my phone number and home address. As a result of this experience, I will not be using prescription delivery again. Thank you for taking the time to review this. I appreciate any follow-up you’re able to provide.

The workers are nice but it suck’s that they tell you 1-2 hours for the prescription to be filled so you leave then you come back 1-2 hours and they tell you it’s still not ready.
