AI phone system was frustrating which is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. It kept looping the same questions. I had to tell it multiple times that I wanted an operator before it finally understood and transferred me. After getting a real person, Stephanie C., things went really fast and smooth. Great service. No complaints. 5 star rating for her service. Looking back, I spent more time trying to get the AI to work than I spent on the phone with Stephanie.

I had a great experience speaking with Samantha. I was dealing with a confusing and unnecessary change regarding how my Zepbound prescription is handled, but she made the transition to get my zepbound to GiftHealth incredibly easy. She walked me through the entire process step-by-step with a high level of professionalism and patience. Even though I prefer the old way where everything happened automatically, Samantha’s clear communication and helpful attitude made the checkout process seamless. She definitely deserves all the stars!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Gifthealth Pharmacy. After starting Zepbound, I experienced what felt like every possible side effect, and when I contacted the pharmacy seeking guidance and support, I was met with a lack of concern and assistance. I specifically escalated my concerns to a supervisor named Mike, hoping my situation would be taken seriously. Unfortunately, I felt dismissed rather than supported. No meaningful effort was made to address my concerns, provide information, or help me understand my options. When patients are dealing with significant medication side effects, they deserve empathy, responsiveness, and professional customer service. Instead, I was left frustrated and without answers during a difficult experience. Based on my experience, the customer service at Gifthealth Pharmacy fell far below expectations. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a pharmacy that prioritizes patient care and support.

I've only had to call Gifthealth 3 times in over a year. Always helpful. I called early this morning with a delivery issue. Jordan D was extremely helpful and polite. No delays in responses either.

Richard has to be the most thoughtful and friendly representative I have ever experienced. He always followed up as promised and worked my case with care and diligence. I felt like I was talking to my best friend. Thank you sir!
