If I could give this zero stars I would, as a nurse, this is the worst pharmacy I have ever worked with. Calling the pharmacy customer service to check on medication statuses, reordering, and when they would be delivered is a nightmare. The initial customer service representative always has “limited access” and cannot look up when things will arrive. They don’t know what has been shipped out once it has been shipped out, and they don’t know what meds are in what bag. There has been occasions where the portal will say delivered and the meds haven’t come at all. And getting medications drop shipped or “stated” for new admissions is a horrible process and requires 40 minutes of arguing with the pharmacy. They make the excuse to use the cubex when in reality we sometimes get 4/5 admissions a day and when that happens we run out of items in the cubex. Horrible company. Do not recommend AT ALL.

Excellent pharmacy with a professional and friendly environment. The staff works as a team to ensure patients receive safe and accurate medications. Customer satisfaction is always a priority, and it shows in the quality of service.
