I’ve been coming to Health on South Rx for over 10 years! Never had a bad experience! They’ve Always gone above and beyond to make sure that each experience was as helpful and pleasant as the first one. On every visit Jerry, Marc and Jocelyn have always made my health their number #1 priority and couldn’t be more willing and kind doing it!

Always so so friendly, the people there make you feel recognized and valued as a returning patron with zero judgement! Incredibly easy to renew prescriptions-- they oftentimes text me before I even notice I need a refill! Totally worth navigating tricky parking, they're the best 👍

I’m never one to leave reviews, especially for establishments outside of the dining scope, but after the last few months I’ve had in fulfilling my scripts, so I feel inclined to do so. Came here after search high and lo for months for a new medication that was backordered in every CVS in the greater Philadelphia area (I mean it! There are 17 to be exact) having no luck. Found this small pharmacy and thought I’d try once more — called and was lucky to reach the owner and he was nothing short of amazing. Not only did he ensure that he could help, he provided insight and comfort on the new medication. It’s not everyday you’re able to count on both your doctors AND the pharmacists to ensure your medications are available and refilled on time…but after switching from CVS to Health on South RX, I’m lucky to say I can and know the difference without. Along with the owner, the rest of the team is truly so diligent, knowledgeable, and considerate in getting you the medications you need when you need them. Specifically, have felt so much support from Jocelyn — who once offered to hand deliver my prescription to my home about a 10 minute walk away — when I wasn’t able to make it during store hours but expressed concerns in going without. From then on it was solidified that I was under good hands. Don’t hesitate to bring your prescription needs here!!! Thank me later!

Just had my first experience with Health on South Rx and it was phenomenal. Needed a prescription before I left for a trip the next day and when all the big box stores told me no, Health on South Rx took great care and had my prescription shipped in, arriving in less than 24 hours so I could have it before I left. You can tell that the team there cares about their customers and I would recommend them to anyone in the Grad Hospital/Rittenhouse neighborhood and honestly all of Philly. Thank you Health on South Rx!!

I never thought "WOW I LOVE THIS PLACE" would be a thought that crossed my mind about a PHARMACY, but today that changed! So many years (and dollars) I regret I wasted at the big chain places, but better late than never to discover this gem of an establishment. I've been struggling to get my medication every month at one of the nationwide pharmacies for YEARS now, and today was my first (admittedly desperate and unplanned) visit to Health on South. And WOW! I couldn't have been happier about this change of fate! Not only did Health on South provide me with care/attention/medication/information nobody else could, their prices are BY FAR LOWER than the chain stores, even for basic household products! And, they have super fun handmade artisan wares by locals/staff for sale too :) Have you ever left a pharmacy with a smile on your face?? For the first time ever, I can say I have - after going to Health on South. Hoping I can visit them for all my medicine needs in the future, and you should too!
