My experience was very positive. I went there with anxiety and left relaxed and with knowledge. The extra plus side I didn't feel pain from either of my shots, Covid and Flu shot. She was great all around.

Went in to get checked after a car wreck. The receptionist said they need elaborate paperwork. ( DL, both insurances involved, the policee report) I had everything she requested except for a claim number. The incident happened less than 24 hours ago. I was turned away I guess the 5 star service applies only if you're white. And I drove 20 min just to get here. Very disappointed.

The staff are kind, thoughtful, thorough, and care about your money as much as you do. I really can't stress enough how easy the staff there are making it for me to get ahold of my medication and how at ease their help makes me, one of the workers even stayed a bit after hours to help with my difficult insurance company. They care and it's obvious they care in how they treat people. From now up until I leave Arlington this will be my go-to pharmacy.

UPDATE 5/5/20: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PrimeCare Pharmacy. They are still great! I tried a pharmacy closer to home and they failed to provide even basec service adequately. Their prompt response and care is excellent. I have been guilty of taking their generosity and follow through for granted. One time I was frustrated with my prescription insurance company, I handed the information and issue over to PrimeCare. Like magic it was resolved the next week with no real effort on my part. The person attention makes a real difference, I feel they care. Also, they can communicate with text messages. It is so convenient to text a question when I have time, any time of day or night. Then get my answer when they reopen. I confidently recommend them wholeheartedly.

I did my second covid vaccination there and the pharmacist is amazing and very caring. No pain at all during the injection. By far the best place to get your vaccine.
