Even though I’ve moved 2 miles south of this store from living close to it for years, I still drive there for groceries and pharmacy items. This store is always clean, neatly stocked and people are just always happy there. They smile and say hello- unlike most places where employees seem to resist communicating much at all. If you pay attention to the special days -there are some great chicken deals and other things like buy one get three specials. I think the clientele at this store are also nicer and happier people. The parking lot is not like a stock car race track - considerate people and plenty of space. I’ll drive a little further and might pay just a little more for a few things but the experience here is worth it. Good job, everyone at Tom Thumb Park Row!

We have gone to this Tom thumb on park row in Arlington nearly 15yrs. Having tried every pharmacy within 5 Mike's...which there are nearly a dozen..this is the absolute best. The store staff are also wonderful. The store is clean and staff are always helpful.

Very efficient staff. Nice too. I set up to receive a text when my prescription is ready. This pharmacy is inside the Tom Thumb grocery maybe 50 feet from the entrance door. There's a Starbucks on your way to the pharmacy inside the store as well. I highly recommend them if you want a more than competent pharmacy . They make it very easy.

Great store friendly people it’s clean all the time and they’re very helpful. The pharmacy is also clean very helpful. They have good personalities and they know how to deal with people when it comes to meds I give them five stars.

Horrible, curt, discourteous service at the pharmacy. They want to get you off the phone as soon as possible before understanding the problem. Not helpful. Mistakes that take days/weeks to fix and they blame the doctors. Get your Rx anywhere but there.
